Rented twice from Joe and Kim
March 3, 2026I rented in 2020 and 2025. Both times I NEVER had any problems at all. Kim snd Joe made very easy process to rent. They spray constantly for bugs, NEVER had any type of bugs. I lived very comfortable both times. I would definitely RENT again if I need to. Moved out due to helping out someone with their rent. Both times I got my whole deposit back. February 13, 2026The layout is spacious with great natural light. What sets this place apart is the maintenance team—whenever I've submitted a request, it’s resolved within 24 hours. The location is perfect for walking to shops and it's right near the bus line. The building is quiet, and the walls are thick, so I rarely hear my neighbors.
