Andy said he would be by first thing in the morning but it took him until 3p in the afternoon to call me since he was the only maintenance man on staff that day. June 3, 2025A seamless move in! My bf & I just moved from SoCal and a stressful process was made so smooth thanks to the office. Tianti & Mike showed us multiple units on different dates and were so patient & thorough. Once we decided on our unit, Mike was our main point of contact and helped us through every step. One thing to note, there’s no central AC but the unit temp feels regulated well so far! . Street parking is hardddd to come by but this complex is attached to an ACE parking structure or they ...have stacker parking available. Other complexes in this area have zero spaces available so this was a huge plus. The units are gorgeous (were the first tenants in ours) & the gym is the best one in the area we’ve seen. Overall, super excited to be here :) One last thing, during move in, make sure to keep hazards on if not in the loading dock. We had to detach the trailer from our uhaul to back it into the loading dock & the city gave us a parking violation for the trailer being detached and parked on the street. It often over heats or it will take 4 hours to dry small loads of clothing. We have to let it rest for up to an hour between loads making wash days turn into wash weeks.Property Manager Responded
