Do not expect a smoke-free environment! Despite the lease agreement, management is ineffective in maintaining a drug- and smoke-free atmosphere. The police are frequently called to the property by tenants reporting drug use, yet management refuses to take action, even failing to evict drug users. The HVAC systems in the apartments are interconnected, causing drug odors to permeate throughout the building.
