not a safe place at all. You can’t go out at night without being worried that someone is going to rob you. Management is bad, they don’t communicate with each other. Too noisy on saturdays.

Actually, Catalina Apartment is a very bad place to live at. Very bad management. Poor customer service. Not helping resident at all. Roaches, bugs and even rats!!!! Do not choose this place anymore!

I lived here for two years. Rude management, tons of roaches, & the bed bugs ran me off at the end... gross...

Manager is extremely rude, he always makes it seem as if you are underneath him. DON'T RENT HERE UNLESS YOU CAN COPE WITH ROACHES. It is infested with roaches, absolutely disgusting.
