Haven't been here a month and it's been a horrible experience. My apartment wasn't ready on time due to a water leak in one of the bathrooms, so after three move in date my bathroom was not completed but since I was out of my lease at my old place I was forced to move in or spend $$$. The manager Anna was trying her best to help us out but the district/region manager Kim stepped in and was unmoving and unprofessional when dealing with our situation, never sending the help she promised. never deal with someone that was so against their customers. If that is the quality of management that this company uses with new tenants no wonder people run for the hills from this place. It's a piety that when a manager is so good at customer service like Anna is, is undercut by the next penny pinching manager on the totem pole that just drives potentially loyal customers away.

Worst managed apartment in Abilene

This is the worst managed apartment complex one can live. The management changes as often as one does laundry. There is no phone answer service, no one keeps regular office hours, the pool was closed most all the summer. They have pool parties with a closed pool. The maintenance was good but now no can reach them because they stop the answering service. One can call of the office and the phone just rings no answer service with office. The manager promises restitution then the next manager ...

takes it back. The leasing office won't return your calls and when you report maintenance request you are ignored. The management does not take care of the property, there is tree litter and paper flowing around at all times and the dumpsters often look like a used furniture store. The management forgets about your rental payment in error and post a 3 day notice or eviction notices by mistake on your door and when notifies never offers an apology. Instead of phone calls, texts, emails they use the post on your door and hope it dont blow away message. The laundry is not service or cleaned by anyone. One needs a card to use the laundry room, but one can only put money on the card when they catch someone in the office and not on lunch break. Therefore the washers have problems, are filled with sour water, and no the walls have been opened for months for repairing piping.
