Our cars keep getting messed with, we've had several hit and run damages to our vehicles and multiple scratches. Kids keep throwing rocks at the doors and pest control is not that great. If you do have issues don't turn it into the office cuz they won't do anything about it!

Unfortunately, we move to ROACHES and an abundance of them. We call and complain, they send pest control. You can smell the roaches when you walk in. Also, neighbors have pit bulls that are not on leashes. Which is extremely dangerous for those tenants that have young children. These are the worst apartments I get ever lived in. My car was broken into, they do not maintain them, they don’t replace carpets when people move out, the maintenance DOESNT show up for days and when they do come into your apartment they leave every light on. They let me go days without a heater in the winter when I had a newborn child. The water goes out at least three or four times a year all together and at least five times in a year we were without hot water. The office staff is rude and ...

I have been living here for 4 years and I have to say that they are very inconsistent. The staff changes like every other month. In the beginning, staff was professional but now there is a big difference. I was threatened to be charged 25.00 if I don't replace my blind from normal wear and tear but I look around and every other unit has worn and awful looking blinds. They charge you for parking but you have 3 other people parking in parking with no sticker. They trade parking all the time ...

There were multiple killings right by me within a year and I was told that the surveillance camera can't record everything. My neighbors continues to use an outside grill. It's a mess out here. Different maintenance men of whom I cannot trust to come in my unit without me there. My deadbolt had to be replaced and maintenance didn't give the office the new key and this prevented me from getting a fire extinguisher. I hate this place the more I think about how they treat you. I had asked to be xferred from the 2 bedroom to a 1 and was told I couldn't "downgrade" and I asked to transfer to another unit and was told that they were not transferring but I looked up a few weeks later and my neighbor was xferred to another unit, maybe because of the killing of the two women next to them. I had asked to speak with corporate numerous times and was told that they are corporate but when they needed to contact "corporate" because of what an employee told me, there was no problem. They turn off your water whenever they feel like it......it's horrible!!

appliances! I have a HUGE patio that I have decorated with nice furniture and no one has bothered me. Maintenance does take a little bit to get to my apartment but there's only 3 maintenance men for almost 500 apartments so I try to be understanding about that. Office staff is really nice and the property manager always works with people. I would recommend this place for first time renters definitely! Everything I need is very close by, I love the location.

I have lived at Westminster for only about 2 months and have already had a ton of issues. First we have no heat, so with the cold nights that we have had, the apartment is freezing. We informed them that it did not work a month ago and still nothing. The maintenance also enters your apartment without notification. They have done this on multiple occasions while I was sleeping and I woke up to things fixed or being fixed. Then the worst thing is that they have somehow "lost" our payments for the ...

The rent is cheap and the staff seem nice before you sign the lease, but afterwards they're rude and will try to screw you over. They will also show you a "show unit" that is really nice, big, and updated, but then give you one with a bunch of problems. Mine has no heat, carpet tacs sticking out that get stepped on, paint drips down the walls, a slanted and messed up balcony, and doors that won't close. Definitely look elsewhere!

I have been looking for an apartment for several months now and this is the first one where I really felt welcome. I have a dog and I brought her with me, they treated her great too. Kari was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help me. the apartments are large and the rent is perfect. I would recommend this complex to everyone looking for a great place to live.
