Worst apartment
January 18, 2024Worst place to live. I have never had so many constant issues with management and the apartment itself. Do not recommend this place at allReview from Apartments.com
New management is not helpful at all
June 15, 2023I was there for a year. Started off great. They were supper helpful with the quickness of when I was trying to move in and helped when things needed to get fixed. About 7 months in they changed management. I then went the next 4 months without hot water and with barely any updates on when it would be fixed. I also didn't get any money off any of my rent even though I was having to shower at a gym and wash my clothes in cold or lukewarm water. I got a new job and was excited to move out. Hot water has been out for two months!
December 13, 2022This is not a "I had a bad experience one time" sort of deal. This is almost a third of the complex has not had hot water for over two months now. Plumbing has always been horrible, but now is at a whole new level. Office simply claims the issue is resolved and ignores all complaints. They have simply tried patching what is clearly a broken boiler. Stay away. They will lie to your face about the water situation.Review from Apartments.com

July 4, 2021Maintenance, refuses to get anything done. Blames the office. The office refuses to put work orders in. Blames the Maintenance. Maintenance is terrible. I've had a flooding kitchen for 3 days now. Nothing has been done about it. My partner and I have been here for less than 2 months and I can tell you we probably WON'T sign another lease. No hot water, too pricy, roaches everywhere

Not terrible, but not "luxury"!
October 5, 2018One of my biggest issues with this apartment complex is that it's advertised as luxury, when actually it is quite outdated among other issues. Don't be fooled by the "model apartments" shown online. This is what I was shown when I toured the complex, which turned out to be very misleading. The website and advertising for this complex is all very misleading for the most part. I am not an unreasonably picky or particular person, but these apartments are definitely not worth what you'll pay for ...them. I have lived in MUCH nicer apartments that were much cheaper (even with utilities included) than this place (which is not utilities included). There have been numerous structural and maintenance issues with my apartment since moving in. Too many to bore everybody with, but I can say that none of it was taken care of in a timely manner. Whoever is in charge of running this place seems to be a very ineffective leader, in my opinion. 24/7 security is a big fat LIE also (which was a big motivator for me moving in). Usually not a review writing type person, but I'd hate for anyone else to have a similar renting experience! Do not recommend becuase of Maintenance Guy
August 12, 2018I had an issue with bathroom, I requested maintenance one week ago on Thursday, maintenance guy came to my apt when my wife is alone at app. After he knock the door, my wife called him" coming". She went to bedroom to change her clothes. When she open the bedroom door, he was in front of the bedroom door. I understand maybe he didn't hear her voice, he had to wait at the door at least one min. Maybe there is someone in sleeping or taking shower. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant what if something ...happened when she saw a guy at the house. Second thing is we don't enter the apt with shoes, every time when maintenance comes to my apt we are asking them to take off shoes or wearing a plastic bag. That guy entered the apt with shoes. When my wife asked him "please wear the plastic bags" he said "do it yourself" by showing his foot. I talked a lady in office and she told me manager would call me tomorrow. No one call me to say something. I don't understand how he can ask a women to knee in front of him to wear plastic bag especially to a pregnant women.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 24, 2015The apartment are in great location close to woodlands hills mall, easy access to 169th highway.. plus close to red lobster and olive garden restaurant. they are well maintained and the apartment offers 9 ft ceiling with ceiling fans. French doors in living room and bedroom ,also includes dish washer, trash compactor and washer and dyer included with fireplace ; Not likeany other apartments they are wired so you can have a security system installed. apartment staff friendly and professional.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015I moved from California to this apartment which I found on Apartments.com sight unseen but for internet photos. The complex lived up to it's word it's really neatly kept and the office staff is great. Whenever I need maintenance they have always responded within 24 hrs . Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance and the neighborhood is really nice. Not knowing Tulsa at all before I got here this place is really nice to come home to and I feel really safe.Review from Apartments.com
