Great place to call home!
September 4, 2019Living at Central Park West has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The amenity spaces are great and the building is well maintained. When I place a work order, our maintenance supervisor Jon completes it quickly and proficiently. The resident VIP program has been a great perk to have. It allows residents to get discounts at Crave, The Loop, and even the Reveal rooftop bar at the AC Marriott Hotel. The golf simulator is an amazing feature of the community ...that I did not see anywhere else while touring the area. I love the Central Park West app that allows me to create service requests, communicate with the office staff members, post on the community board, and even reserve rent-able spaces. The two bedroom guest suite is a great perk especially having family coming into town to visit. Beautiful units, decent amenities, dog friendly with amazing on site management and staff
March 16, 2019I recently moved into the apartment complex and the whole process was very smooth. The on staff was very accommodating to my requests for modifications to the walk in closet shelves and even assisted me with removing garbage from my apartment during my move in. Joe and Kathryn who work at the front desk are really nice and courteous. Both of them have fulfilled our requests that ranged from moving our parking stalls to one that had a bike rack to removing heavy garbage from our apartment ...unit. There are various amenities that I have taken advantage of which ranged from printers, conference room for my meetings, free wifi to get me by until I had my own internet set up. It has been a wonderful experience so far thanks to the wonderful staff who have been very responsive, friendly and a pleasure to know.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
