Poor management
September 1, 2025I moved in November 2024, it was Previously Element at the Grove! Absolutely loved the staff, beautiful complex and amazing management. Fast forward June 2025 they were bought out. It has literally gone downhill!!! The complex is dirty, no one answers the phone when calling the office and the dumpster is a nightmare, trash is always overflowing its disgusting!!Property Manager Responded
