PROSPECTIVE RENTERS BEWARE: If you move here, expect to live with putrid garbage smells, unsightly trash containers, pests, and management that refuses to enforce basic sanitation rules. contract. Neighbors are allowed to leave rotting garbage piled on top of containers in the breezeways for days on end. It creates a foul odor, draws pests, and creates a literal fire hazard right outside residents’ doors. I have escalated this directly to Asset Living corporate and local authorities, and the on-site management team still actively chooses to do absolutely nothing. They love collecting money for fees, but REFUSE to keep the property clean or safe. High-quality renters should look elsewhere. Don’t let the buzzword “Luxury” fool you. You will not find any type of luxury here at all. I am counting down the days until my lease is up.
