Maintenance and the leasing staff are amazing. They fix things quick. My issue is that my apartment is infested with roaches. Im literally having nightmares about killing roaches. If i knew there were roaches here i would have not signed my lease

It started off a little rocky for me since I moved to Champions but it’s been a year now living in the community and recently renewed my lease. My overall experience has been great! My move in experience was an average rating. Due to my A/C not working correctly when I moved in. I having to clean my unit thoroughly, because it wasn't done or wasn't done properly. Also discovering other much needed maintenance updates. And given misleading information and poor communication with the leasing management team. The units are nice and the property is welll kept and manicured.
