Beautiful Townhomes but...

The property is falling apart, the pool is and has been green for a while now, the trash is a hot mess, the management doesn't actually manage as they are micromanaged. Apts don't get fixed, the fire alarm system will keep you awake at random times and they'll find a way to rob you blind... someone should really buy this place, fix it up because it has potential.

I am not going to sugar coat it, but these apartments can do better, but they are low income housing (have to remember that) the kids outside when I FIRST Moved here were out of control on their language that was being used, my little kids dont hear those foul words so I couldnt even take them outside (thats a parental home training issue and its a shame) however that has nothing to do with the apartments and staff. Sometimes work orders I call in can take a while to be done, or not done properly ...

(in my eyes) so I take pics to document, because I am not going to be charged for all these "repairs" when I move out on things I didnt do. The girls in the office are nice, they have a pool that is Always locked i have seen people in the pool a handful of times. I will say there are a lot of people out side hanging out BUT that is because there are not back yards on these units, so you have no choice, i am sure if there were back yards they would be in them, but since you only have a front area of course you would be out there. At night (mostly after 10p) it is pretty much silent, all my neighbors ARE friendly and nice. I have no trouble with any crime or damage to my things by others in the neighborhood so thats a plus too I feel safe here.
