Received over a $200 rent increase after one year of living here. The prices don’t match the quality of living, and they don’t care if they keep you as a tenant.

Thin walls

Updates on apartment’s are wonderful price great no complaints biggest complaint are thin walls you are able to hear conversations, hard footsteps, you are expected to hear some noise but boy can you hear them , they need to put an extra layer between the bottom and top floors the bed room sound level is not as bad as kitchen and living room area , you can hear it all , if the fix that best affordable apartment in Greensboro
