August 3, 2015Pros: Great location, the landscaping is nice, a lot of courtyards, the Mopac trail runs right through the community. Rent is affordable with concessions for long-term residents. Great gym and pool. They are pet friendly as well, though there are size and breed restrictions on dogs. Cons: You get what you pay for. There is almost no soundproofing in any of the buildings I've been in here. The paint and carpeting are cheap. They will scuff amd stain if you even look at them funny. Some of the ...buildings are older and are not kept up properly. Sometimes it is almost a fight to get maintenance to do anything around here and when certain vendors are around they leave a mess. Rules are posted throughout the property but are rarely enforced. All in all it's a place to live, but it is challenging to make it a home. If you're looking for an apartment in a decent location and don't care about noise, this may work for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
