Transported back in time - great gem - terrible parking

This place is a historical building and it lives up to all it's charm. The outside is all while with plants growing on the walls. Inside lays a court yard with a beautiful water fountain and benches. You can easily forgot that you just left a busy main street. The front lobby has all the charms of the 1940s that reminds you of the Shining which I love. The stairs croak and the walk way can be noisy however within the hall ways are hideaways that you can escape through a window and relax. In the ...

apartment floors are not in good shape. Lost of (not noticeable) cracks between and by the walls. The place keeps an effort to keep the 1940s charm all the way though so you need to way the pros and cons of floors (but they're hardwood!) And it still has the original mail shoot@ neat!
