A very quiet, serene community

I discovered this quiet apartment community while driving around Florence. Love the Cul de Sac, and the large open yard that my kids can play without me worrying for their safety. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, manager Amy is very kind and helpful, Robert the maintenance person is also helpful as well. In contrast to the other negative comments, this is a very well managed community.

Waste money and time

Don’t waste your time to go there. l lost than $500 for application fees and others.They asked me for the security deposit several times with different amounts. They gave me the amount for the deposit three times.

Roaches and terrible ownership

All work done to the apts are EXTREMELY “landlord special”. Roaches in apt and basements. No office on site, poor communication.

Don't waste time with them.

For the past 3 weeks, I have attempted to reach out in every way possible to no avail. Email is not listed, 2 different phone numbers that no one picks up or returns calls, and there is no signs to the leasing office on property to actually talk to someone in person. I have used this to ask for availability, tours, and an application but have no received anything at of yet.
