A very quiet, serene community
October 24, 2024I discovered this quiet apartment community while driving around Florence. Love the Cul de Sac, and the large open yard that my kids can play without me worrying for their safety. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, manager Amy is very kind and helpful, Robert the maintenance person is also helpful as well. In contrast to the other negative comments, this is a very well managed community.Review from Apartments.com
Waste money and time
August 27, 2024Don’t waste your time to go there. l lost than $500 for application fees and others.They asked me for the security deposit several times with different amounts. They gave me the amount for the deposit three times.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches and terrible ownership

Don't waste time with them.
December 7, 2022For the past 3 weeks, I have attempted to reach out in every way possible to no avail. Email is not listed, 2 different phone numbers that no one picks up or returns calls, and there is no signs to the leasing office on property to actually talk to someone in person. I have used this to ask for availability, tours, and an application but have no received anything at of yet.Review from Apartments.com
