Maintenance and whoever manages this place

The maintenance take forever until the problem get bigger than what it was. They lie and say they weren’t informed of the problem even though it was reported multiple times. The manager or whoever that person is has a superiority complex and is very rude. The price gets higher and higher while quality gets lower and lower. You might as well buy a house or stay in a motel before moving into this place.

Citrus glen apartments is an example of something that seems to good to be true and is in fact truly bad. The potential is here but from the maintenance of the grounds and buildings to the customer service it is all sub par not to mention the roach problem. apartments are very spacious,but everything seems to need repair and have some other issue. the only plus is how close it is to the mall and theme parks.
