Looks good but isn’t great

The building is relatively new and looks nice, but management is very unresponsive. Also after a very rainy week, my entire unit began leaking water from underneath the floorboards and there were bubbles of water behind the paint on the walls. I called the emergency maintenance line and never heard back the entire day (Sunday). The next morning I told the person working the front desk and they told me this was “much more common than you’d think” and they did not take my issues seriously at all ...
until I was very insistent. I’ve only been here for a couple months and I’ve already had multiple communication issues and now this. Not to mention the fire alarm goes off randomly at least once a month if not more. I wouldn’t recommend living here
