September 5, 2025I really like the staff and accommodating nature of the community. The only issue that could use improvement is the email correspondence is a bit unorganized. I'm sure it will be fixed soon but until then keep up the great work.Review from Apartments.com

July 25, 2025My community is very well kept up. I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on time when it's time to repair something in my house. The grounds are very kept up. The trash is not running over anymore. The only thing I have a problem with is the gate I don't have a phone that's on right now so it's hard to let my guest in and out the gate so I wish there was another way to Let the Gate and the ones who don't have a phone. I know we have a gate key, but sometimes it's just a lot of people at the ...gate and people just can't get in but overall I have no complaints. May 14, 2025The two bedroom is a little bit small it have good space. I love that it have two bathrooms. The master bedroom is pretty big. I love it have a wash and dryer connection. And if you can't afford to get a washer and dryer you can rent one from the apartment.Review from Apartments.com

April 30, 2025I have only had a couple of issues with the rent no issues with my neighbors or noise complaints. The gate should be redone in terms of the entering side and how the parking lot is done cause it causes a traffic jam in the morning.Review from Apartments.com

April 3, 2025Very easy application process.. All the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and made my oven process a breeze! I was able to take advantage of the promo code and save over 200$ on my administrative fees and application. The fact that every unit has a washer and dryer hook up was plus because I didn’t want to part with my brand new washer and dryer so I’m happy with my decision and overall pleased !Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2025ve been living here for about 5 months, and overall, it’s been a decent experience. The apartment itself is fairly nice, with all the necessary amenities. Maintenance has been prompt when needed, though there have been a couple of instances where they took a little longer than expected to respond. The location is great—close to shops and public transport—but there’s some noise at night, which can be a bit disruptive. The building could benefit from more soundproofing. The management team is ...friendly but could improve on communication when it comes to updates about building issues.
