I am sharing my experience in the hopes that others won’t have to go through what I have. Between the pipes bursting and fire alarms going off twice in the last month and the windows in my apartment that are freezing and management refuses to acknowledge are actually a problem, this place has been nothing but stress. The building is showing its age and when you bring up concerns, prepare to have them blown off. They are much more focused on cosmetic fixes than actually making their apartments ...

The amenities are fun (pool, party room with free coffee and a pool table), and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel very at home here! I also love how secure the building is, and that there is an option for underground, heated parking.

EXCELLENT staff, the office and maintenance team are second to none. Walls maybe aren't as sound proofed as best they could be but as long as your neighbors are respectful it isn't an issue.
