March 17, 2024Nice place with doorman. Well landscaped outdoor space with pool. Very social. Walkable to Whole Foods & many restaurants. Helpful front desk staff and doorman. Parking is convenient and a definite plus +Review from Apartments.com
Not Recommended
November 21, 2020Decent location, safety, and convenience. But UNBEARABLE NOISE from constant delivery trucks (24/7) to the Rodin Place, Dominos, WaWa, and Whole Foods. In addition, the construction at 2100 Hamilton St will also wake you up at 5am Monday-Friday. Windows are old, insulation is poor, you will hear everything including your neighbors on the left, right, above, and below :) Management does the minimum.Review from Apartments.com
Nice condo building but needs some updates
