If you're going to tow people who LIVE in the apartment complex you should have assigned parking! I have lived here for 3 years and it's been a continued issue. You can be a guest and park anywhere while a resident may have to park minutes away, although we pay a HEFTY SUM to LIVE here. This is why you can't keep residents. I can't wait to leave all the issues with Clairmont at Perry Crek behind. Beware.

The gate has never worked. You can hardly ever find parking here. They do nothing about it. The buildings look grungy. I've lived here 3 years & its worse every year, Somehow the prices continue to go up.

Poor management that do not care. Apartments built like crap here people stomping above you, people smoking pot and people throw trash all over. I have heard gun shots . Cannot wait to get out of here. Stay away from this complex unless you want to deal with this. Lots of complaints and no action by management.

I have been a residence since April of this year and I am so in love. The property is very beautiful and the staff does a great job to keep it clean and looking nice. There is always a family function that the leasing office has such as pool events, trivia night, and much more. Of course we may have noisy neighbors but as soon as you make staff away, it is handled. The leasing staff are down to earth and very considerate. I've lived here for almost a year and my only complaint is how cheap these apts are. I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do. These apartments are too expensive for me not to be able to enjoy a quiet day at home. Neighbors are not noisy... THE APARTMENTS ARE JUST SUPER CHEAP. So if you're looking for a nice quiet place... take my advice... STAY AWAY... you've been warned!!

The apartments are great but some of the residents have no respect for others its a typical place the staff here are great but not so much the people that's here or done already moved in I'm just being honest! But hey I'll let you be the judge:-)
