Scary area and roach infested
May 11, 2023I scheduled a tour, caught a Lyft there, texting the manager all the way there. LUCKY for me, the realtor/manager didn't show up. As I waited outside I spoke to an actual resident, who warned me that the place is roach infested, and dangerous people lurk around the building. He said this place used to be a brothel and that is was due to be torn down soon since it is in such disrepair. Thank you to the honest tenant.Review from Apartments.com
