I live in 1 1/2 bedroom, I've been here for almost two years. I love the Gayborhood it's walking distance to every thing in the city. Variety of Markets- shopping, south street, Pet groomers and Pet sitters. All the local bars and restaurants are amazing from icandy to Mixxo if you just want food. Bakeries - coffee shops even tennis courts are walking distance. I live in a quiet building right next to a park that does shows time to time and have bike rentals if ever there's a need. Parking is ...

right next door and they do a monthly rate. I have hardwood floors windows i can clean inside out myself....I love my place and i love the city. I've never seen a roach or rodent since being here which in the city is amazing. Michael Singer is the Realtor
