I've lived at Clover Creek Apartments for over a year and love it here!! The apartment is beautiful. The property management team are always friendly and they really care! The neighbors are like family! The community is amazing. They have an off leash dog park and a playground . The fitness center is amazing as is the pool. It's close to schools, shopping, and on the bus line! If you want a great apartment for a great price then Clover Creek is for you!!!

I applied and was surprised at how quickly I was able to move in. What a huge relief it was, I signed my lease and picked up my keys.. Ive enjoyed my apartment and I like that this complex isnt a loud, party type, neighbors fighting etc type of environment. I like how big my apartment is and that my family ...

That task was daunting because I was looking for a safe, quiet, clean, pet friendly, central location to call home with absolutely no idea where to start.
My "happy accident" was finding Clover Creek Apartments!
Clover Creek checked all of my boxes.
My unexpected bonuses were ease of finding parking, (unheard of where I'm from!) friendly staff, (especially Lareen) Amazon Hub, ...
fenced Dog Park and an apartment that has a view of beautiful California Sycamores, and a sunny window spot that my cats LOVE!

Office staff is pleasant (Lareen & Cody) and they do try to handle problems in a timely and professional manner. The location is great for school and work purposes. Most residents are friendly and say hello when out and about.

My wife and I lived at Clover Creek for the last year and had a great experience. First of all the two ladies at the office are phenomenal and friendly and always happy to help. The office was great for an apartment complex and I enjoyed the gym. The apartment is fairly priced for the size and we LOVED being 30 seconds from the freeway and in the center of the valley. Tons of guest parking was great for visitors. We did have a few things we rather disliked which were not related to the management ...
or maintenance (which were both great).
-The apartments are old, which isn't bad by itself but the walls are THIN. I can probably count on one hand the number of times we had silence in our apartment. Stomping upstairs, loud music, yelling from below, etc. After moving into our current apartment the difference is night and day.
-The washer and dryer are small and like a previous reviewer mentioned have a LOUD buzzer, like crazy loud. Not a crazy big deal, seeing as most apartments don't have washers and dryers, but still took 4 or 5 loads for just my wife and I per week.
-Going along with thin walls you could hear dogs all the time, whether it was in the apartment or running up and down the stairs. I couldn't really complain because it was the physical apartment and not the managements fault and can't put it against them, but you should be aware.
-Also going along with a previous reviewer (and in line with the old apartment vibe) they are very inefficient with utilities due to windows, glass doors, and the thin front door. The place we moved into is a few hundred square feet bigger and our energy bills are already much lower in the middle of summer.
We really loved the place for the time in our lives, and it's probably a great place for young single people, college students, or those that don't mind the noise and we happily recommend it to our newly married friends.

Quiet, well kept landscape. Very friendly and professional staff. Maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and quick to tend to your needs. I would recommend renting here. Although the cost of rent is a little high, it is a better place than quite a few that I have inquired about. I lived here for 10 years, moved out to another place. Big mistake, I moved back and into the same apartment. I feel comfortable and safe here.

I have lived at Clover Creek for almost 3 months. All of the Staff are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. There are lots of large dogs here (for some this may be a negative) for me and other dog lovers this is great. The neighbors are all really quiet! And there are not a lot of unsupervised children (this is such a positive for me, since I am an empty nester).
