Roach infested

Full of roaches and other vermin can be found all over the place. The new manager on site goes into everyone's business knocking doors like a cop. The Rancho Cordova Police Dpt is visiting this place quite often because of domestic violence issues, drug related problems and other felony charges against its residents. People are fighting over car spaces and visitor spots are occupied by broken cars. The exterior makes this place look abandoned and hasn't been taken care of in a very long time. ...

They barely do any repairs. The actual owners don't even want to deal with this place. Multiple owners have been replaced over the years and everyone tries to squeeze every single dime out of this place with nothing in return. Try to avoid setting your foot here.
