I have lived here for the last 8 years I have seen management change but I have never had a problem with any of them, the community is safe, maintenance is on point, amenities are accessible, I have never seen a roach in my house and if needed pest control is here every Tuesday and the grounds are maintained every week, I am a happy camper, Gloria is great she is well informed and goes out of her way to solve your problems

I call Cobblestone Landing home. I moved from my three bedroom home into a three bedroom apartment home after my divorce and it has allowed me to save money because I do not have the worry of taking care of routine maintenance issues. The neighborhood is safe for me and my four girls.
