March 25, 2025This apartment has been amazing since I moved in. The maintenance guys are super sweet and amazing along with the kitchen property managers. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. The apartments and halls are always super clean and have left me with no complaints since I moved in. This is a great community and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!Review from Apartments.com
Extremely Unsafe
April 7, 2021Apartment complex is always being robbed due to management not fixing the security issues. The gate is always open and hasn't worked for a solid week since I moved in here 4 months ago. My car was wrecked 2 months into me living here and my car was parked... I also heard recently from my neighbors that some of their car parts were stolen this week. I have spoken to haven management directly and they absolutely refuse to do anything.Property Manager Responded
May 4, 2021We are currently in the process of repairing our gates, and our resident safety is always one of our top priorities. We alerted our security company, Signal 88 and our on-site courtesy officer to be on the lookout and perform more patrols and also provide controlled access to each of our floors with our access devices. We will work quickly to make sure we get our gate repaired to alleviate concerns and continue working to make our residents happy.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
August 29, 2019We were told this place would be ready for move in for mid August. LIE!!!!! We never received any phone calls or any information until 5 days before move in. We called all summer long and never got a straight answer. Now its "supposed" to be ready in September? LIE! My daughter is displaced and has no place to live. We are getting a lawyer immediately! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded
