Court provides diversity with it's heating system that is truly remarkable. When the winter solstice arrives for your freezing body pleasure the heating system is off but when the summer solstice arrives so you can take out that tanning oil to fry faster then metal fork in a microwave the heater is on most of the day. Now that's diversity for you! Let me tell you at Colonial Court each day you wake up you will feel as if your a movie star because there's always some excitement going on. You'll wake up to fights like Ali except with a Jerry Springer twist, when it storms you'll be singing in the rain....mostly because the rain can drip, drip, drip, from the window and onto your window sill with no help from management on being fixed even six months later of being reported. I guess their services are what you can say "FEMA" slow. Cops or firefighters here on a regular basis but don't be disappointed their never here to catch a date just to catch the frequent disturbances that made me feel very unsafe to live here. But at least I am here standing. United. And proud! To say "I hate my apartment! And I don't feel safe! And that's perfectly ok!"
