This is a perfect Mobilehome Estates Park for those over 55 years of age. While we are buyers, we do have to pay Space rent monthly. Colony Cove is centrally located where the 110 and the 91 freeways meet. You can walk your pets in the park, have use of the pool, jaquzzi, lounge chairs, dining tables, billiard room, and work out room. It's a very comfortable community to call home .and there are a few craft classes if you're interested, as well as BBQ events in the summer for the 4th of July, ...

Labor Day. We participate in events with our sister park across the street for dinner and entertainment for a nominal fee. All in all a very quiet, peaceful community to live in. Rosemary H, California
