Beware!! worst place I’ve rented.
October 7, 2024No parking! You don’t get even one spot per unit and don’t allow any visitors! You can only get a visitor parking during working hours! And they tow you if no tay, we paid $300 to get my friend who stayed after a movie! Staff don’t answer the phone, ever… please look at other reviews!! There isn’t any on here for a reason! No customer service for a “luxury” apt. Windows are crank windows and so hot at night in bedrooms!! Can’t have your own air conditioner so be prepared! Staff won’t take Amazon ...and send it back. Smells like dog do do all over! Love animals but no one empties the dog trash bins. Trash compactor breaks down all the time so everyone just throws it near the bin and stacks up! Contract doesn’t end at end of month so beware! I got a place assuming like always it ends at end of month, but they gave it end 7 days after and couldn’t work to help me with advanced notice! They can fix it if you want to stay the rest of month of course! Office staff never there nor answer calls or emails. Always gone! So good luck trying to get help! They also forget to lock the basketball court so kids and large groups play even at 6am!! No sleep for surrounding units.no communications on activities from vendors and the bark dust ruined all the bottom units plans or decor and they won’t replace OR make right! I even asked for a couple light bulbs in exchange lol! Nope, you have to pay for that too!! Geez, beware this is horrible!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 14, 2021Nice Manicured apartment complex. I appreciate that the dog bags are always filled to promote cleanliness. The dumpsters are almost always over flowing. I feel bad leaving my stuff beside the dumpster but there's usually not an option. The latest disappointment is that the state has been open for several weeks now and the pool is STILL closed. If you're looking to move here, don't do it for the pool or the gym. There's been no communication or updates about either opening. Apparently it's due to ...key fobs not working... I don't understand how this wasn't realized through the entire duration of the pandemic. It's as good of a planning as the parking arrangements here. Maintenance is on point. Lawn service is great. Very peaceful and safe area.Property Manager Responded
