Just Love My Loft
May 2, 2017I had relocated to Kansas City a few months back because of my employer and was looking for a nice apartment that would be central to my job, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. I had given the Manager a call and she met me for a tour of a couple of the apartments and I immediately decided on the one I wanted. I must admit that I really love my new apartment. It has all of the modern amenities that I was in search of and it is centrally located to meet all of my needs. I have ...found the Manager to be very responsive to my concerns and/or questions; even during weekends or evenings. I had some of my family visit me a few weeks ago and they were very pleased with my apartment. Long story short, after looking at several different apartment before relocating to KC, I am glad I made the right choice of coming here and I feel that the cost is reasonable.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 2, 2017From the great location to friendly office staff i have recommended to several co worker (Cerner) I have look at lot of lofts in and around downtown area for the money truly are great value love living here its a joy to come home here after hard days work..Review from Apartments.com
Not worth it
October 19, 2016Do not live at congress lofts. The units were rushed to be completed on time, so the contractors clearly cut corners to get them done, so as a result, there are many aspects that were done incorrectly. Very overpriced for how low quality it turned out. Management here is the worst I've ever dealt with, extremely rude, lies, and goes back on promises constantly. Do not waste your money at this building.Review from Apartments.com
