March 19, 2025I had posted a review about the awful transfer process and mismangement of my lease, and instead of making things right, they keep removing/flagging reviews and covering up negative reviews with positive ones. This company was late with communicating my lease and moved me into a unit that still needs fixes and they did not even give me the lease length I wanted. I did not get the lease documents until move in. That's when they added a prorated fee and then flagged it as deliquent without notice.Review from Apartments.com
Managerial Incompetence/Policy Enforcement
April 16, 2024Towed my car from a parking spot that did not have any designations or signage to indicate that it was a no parking zone. No fire hydrants or any indicators whatsoever were present to identify this parking space with white lines as a no parking zone. The management did nothing to rectify this. June 25, 2023It will be 2 years that my family and I have lived here. So far We have had a great experience here. Although the outside of the buildings are old the inside of the apartment is remodeled nice could be better though. Neighbors are nice . Not much noise around the complex. Peaceful at nite.
