Apartments are outdated . The leasing office began charging for parking after I’ve already lived here 2 years. Definitely an inconvenience to those that moved here due to free parking .The pros are the area is quiet , and safe from what I see.

New management company does not care much about tenants. Lots of work underway with no notification. Rent is very high relative to what you get. Look elsewhere.

Nice garden style apartments, quiet neighborhood on a private street. Apartments are a little outdated which is a minus but parking is abundant on the street and in the lots.
