The took down their Google review page because of people calling them out for poor management, roaches, and much more. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I haven't lived here in two years and I still check on it to ensure people know the way I was treated. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

You have your tag on your car or not. Your car will get told. Maintenance is never available. It will take over 2 years for you to get anything fixed. They will put your information out for everybody to see. They do not have Dropbox, so if they send you information saying that you need to have something by lesson the next day and the same day you are works. So you cannot make it guess what? You will be in trouble because they do not have a Dropbox.The mailbox are always getting broken into. Your ...

I moved in about two months ago and am very happy with the apartment. It is really nice and spacious with good quality cabinets, fixtures and appliances. The complex is quiet enough and even the traffic from the highway right behind is not particularly a bother. Overall, a great value in a great location.

Just moved in but so far it has been great. Neighbors are polite, it is very quiet, smooth move in. Apartment is nice, a little smaller than where I came from, a little more storage would be helpful. Generally a nice, solid apartment. A little better detail cleaning before move in would be the only thing (vents, switches, couple cabinet doors and knobs). Property looks well maintained, trash areas are not piled with junk like some apartments.

I would avoid this complex. The value of what you pay isn’t worth what you get with this unit. Front office staff are not friendly, they don’t care about you, they just want your money.

The overall process was great, Sam has been really kind worked with me on any questions I had. I would of given 5 stars if the condition of the unit itself was move in ready. Dirty with cosmetic issues but there’s been no hot water. Inconveniences at most though overall happy with things so far.

Very homey, convenience in location. Dishwasher and microwave were not working when first moved in. Nice staff, maintenance requests take a bit of time to be completed however do get completed.

This place is INFESTED with roaches and other bugs and mold. The master bedroom never had any heat even in the winter months and we were forced to sleep in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom smells like mold after awhile! They promised that they would clean out the vents but never did. They randomly put an extra “garbage fee” charge halfway through our lease which would’ve been fine if they actually took the garbage. Garbage would be sitting there for days. It’s right near the train tracks ...
where they are homeless ppl just roaming around, I did not feel safe just walking around the complex. Our car was broken into twice just in the first year! The gate was NEVER closed which allowed for randos and to just enter the complex! They never give just access to the gym and changed the locks they went on for almost a year so we only had access to the gym when the office was open. They refused to take back the keys early when and insisted on taking it on the day our lease ended which was in the middle of the week when we have work and live almost 2 hrs away from that location. All around not the greatest place to live. Spend your money elsewhere!

Mailbox got broke into and a special package was stolen. Car alarms going off daily and nightly. Neighbors are nice and staff is helpful. Maintenance is kind and thorough.
