Renters Paradise - Worst renting experience ever /Termites and Roaches

I had to move out of one of their properties after 3 months. They dont respond to maintenance requests. The receptionist "Lorraine" talks irrationally and hangs up on you. The manager at the location acts as if he's better than you and also will not honor requests. Property had EVERY PEST YOU CAN THINK OF. Mice, roaches, spiders, and termites that would swarm at night and leave you cleaning everywhere. Broken items and corroded fixtures. Apartment was never even cleaned before moving in. ...
Management team will claim it is your responsibility if they even do answer you requests/calls. They will also not put you through to the landlords contact and lie about their responses. I had to contact the better business bureau and the code compliance department and they threatened to evict me instead of helping with apartment issues!! I had to get a lawyer to even get my copy of the lease and get out early!! DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM RENTERS PARADISE NORTH MIAMI. I have a lawsuit on the way.

Very rude

The property Manager is VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL SHESHE doesn’t allow you to speak at all and she hangs up on your face and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Me and my husband had the deposit and few months available to pay for the rent and was hoping to receive the best welcoming and hospitality and she fell do so. When the office team answers the phone their time sounds as if your annoying them. This s by far the worse staff and leasing experience.. and they are composing liars!! One minute ...
they tell something and then switch up their(PROPERTY MANAGER) stories. I’m not happy!!! And their prices are false advertisement.. the property manager quoted if you want me to lie to you about the prices she can! (I HAVE HER RECORDED) and will report this to the city and apartments.com and other sites

The pictures shown are not for the apartment they are renting. The prices are not the current rate or "available" either. Expect to be offered a more expensive apartment. The lady at the rental office sounds like she is completely over it...and very rushed.

The numbers they list for these apartments is just a leasing office. They are rude and very unprofessional. Treat people like numbers (which in their eyes you are just dollar signs). SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. Even over the phone. Their leasing office is 14340 biscayne blvd.
