How is my experience since living here

I have been living here for almost 2 years and my living conditions has been great because I have not had any break in's and when there is something going on in the community the office staff sends out a letter letting the tenants know what's going on. The staff members are great especially Vickie and Jasmine as well as the maintence people because when you have a problem they are on top of it unless they are shorthanded. The apartments are well kept and I feel safe living out here. I always ...

recommend these apartments to my friends and family because I know they will be moving into a community that the staff show you love and give you the upmost respect. I have no plans to move unless they tear it down because they have a lot of room and the tenants that have and still above me have never made me feel uncomfortable and you do not know they are above me because they give me the same respect that I give them.

We have been living at the Meadows now for almost a year and will be renewing our lease. We are in a two bedroom and not only is the apartment spacious but it has great flow and ample storage for an apartment of its size. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The management company is extremely helpful and friendly.

Original post date: 5/10/16 In the beginning, it seemed like such a nice place to live. We needed a 3 bedroom but the office staff did not have a 3 bedroom to show so they showed us the 2 bedroom model unit. Obviously, it was very nice. We were TOLD that all the rooms were going to be large rooms and they would all contain ceiling fans and that the cabinets in the kitchen would look just like the model unit. This was a month before our move in date. When the 3 bedroom we were to get was ...

available, the staff told us that we could see it but every time we had a time set up, they would come up with reasons as to why we could not see it. We did not get to see our unit until the day we moved in and signed the lease. I was so angry that I wanted to scream and demand that they break the lease. When we FINALLY saw our unit, it was so..bad. They told us we would be getting new cabinets like the ones in the model unit and we have these ugly GREY..crooked holes in the walls with wood slabs as doors. There were holes in the walls that they failed to spackle and paint. the sinks dont have plugs. One of our tubs paint is coming off. Our doors dont shut properly. The floor is extremely unsteady. The railing on the stairs is loose as well. And they claimed there were new appliances in our apartment and there aren't.

The Meadows is a REALLY nice apartment complex. There's a pond with ducks and turtles, a fitness center, laundry facility, the apartments are very spacious , I have a one bedroom one bath, and management are very nice and helpful. I love it here so far (:
