DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
September 16, 2015Under new management as of June 2015. This is by far the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in. The day i moved in, there weren't any appliances set up, the floor was covered in filth, and none if the outlets were working. The managers are't the problem here. The maintenance workers are some of the rudest, laziest people i have ever met. When called, they come with a very bad attitude, groaning and sighing the entire time they're there. Not to mention, the things they are supposed to fix, ...are never truly fixed. The way they speak to tenants is very disrespectful, they arent professional at all and treat tenants as if they are below them. This is a very ugly complex, inside and out. Please keep in mind that my apartment was "refurbished" and my rent is higher than that of those that aren't refurbished. All they did was paint over the old fridge, stove, cabinets & doors. Nothing looks brand new at all. There is no locked gate around the community nor is there a security officer roaming around. Some people that live here sell drugs which means there are alot drug addicts that come around here. The pools are always dirty. There are homeless people that loiter and peek into windows or sit right outside doors. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Well, maybe only my worst enemy. I cannot wait for my lease to end so i can get the h*** out of here and NEVER come back.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
