Not the best service

There is always something weird going on with my mail here. I received a package at 10am on a Saturday but received no notice from the locker company. I called and they informed me USPS entered the wrong apt number, gave me the locker number and told me my leasing office would have to open it to verify I was the recipient. I arrived at the office around 4pm and waited about 5 mins, no one came around. I came back about 30-40 mins later as the office closed at 5pm. The agent was assisting a couple ...
interested in leasing and took about 10 mins before acknowledging me. I told her what happened and was told that I couldn’t get my package today and would need to wait until Monday because she can’t leave the office empty. I stated that it was empty when I arrived 30 mins ago and she said yes because she was giving a tour and had other tours scheduled. So I stated that I live here and pay rent yet everyone else is more important. I understand appointments but neglecting paying residents is crazy. It does not take long to open a locker when the number is known. It is clear you are only a priority before you sign the lease.

  Hello, We regret to hear of your experience regarding the retrieval of your package, and appreciate you taking the time to share this information. Unfortunately, the manual opening of the lockers is a longer process than one might expect, and we have had previous issues with the lockers that did not allow us to facilitate this. However, thankfully we have recently received the completed repairs on the lockers, and they should be working as intended as of this week. On Saturdays, we do unfortunately have only one leasing agent on site, who must be available in the office for our scheduled tours. We regret to hear that all this started because USPS delivered it incorrectly, but please know we always aim to assist residents as best as possible in instances like this.
