November 20, 2025Don’t have me giving my review if you’re going to remove it because it’s not what you want prospective tenants to see! They moved another tenant next to me that smokes. Turn the air on the smell will come out the vents, smoke if they’re actively smoking. Your apartment will smell like your neighbors, whatever smell that may be. The smoke will seep through the cracks and crevices in your apartment. Your apartment and everything in it will smell like an ashtray. Mind you, you sign a clause in the ...lease saying you won’t smoke in your apartment and that it’s prohibited. Staff will not enforce their own policies, talk to you like you are an inconvenience and they’re not obligated to do anything, don’t respond to emails I could go on but not too much space here. The walls and floors are thin so you hear every sound inside and out. Pay attention to the negative reviews, they are true. Move here when you see they enforce rules and prioritize the tenants not the prospective ones!Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2025Communication is awful the eay they handle complaints and issues with neighbors are awful they say theyre pet friendly but not very pet friendly or safe about it. Its way too expensive for what you get as well. You will be charged for every single little thing with no communication or warning if itnwas you or not. I just dont recommend living here. October 27, 2025I’ve lived here since 2018 &, until recently, I really enjoyed my apartment. However, over the last 6–8 months, I’ve been dealing with a roach infestation which I’ve never had to deal with before. The pest control treatment is inconsistent, & half the time, no one even shows up. It’s clear that management isn’t following up to make sure this issue is actually being handled. I keep my home extremely clean, so there’s no reason I should be living with roaches. It’s gotten to the point where my own ...family has offered to pay for pest treatment out of their own pocket just so I can live comfortably again. I feel uncomfortable even walking into my kitchen or bathroom, & it’s completely unacceptable. I’m demanding that management take immediate action to fix this issue schedule consistent pest control visits, follow up to ensure treatments are actually being done, & fully resolve this infestation once & for all. Residents are paying rent & deserve to live in a clean, pest-free environment.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025We recently moved in, and within the first week we faced multiple issues — the washer and exhaust vent were not working. Despite raising service requests, the response has been very slow and we are still waiting for proper resolution. Do Not Move Here!!!
August 25, 2022If I could give zero stars I would!! Please avoid this place at all cost and believe the reviews. I regret not believing the reviews and moving here. First off property mgmt and agents are very unprofessional and rude. They talk to you any kind of way and do not communicate with each other. Secondly, these units are roach infested they come out the vents, the walls and even from outdoors (pest control spray does not work) 3) There is dog poop everywhere on grass and sidewalks(neither tenants or ...maintenance picks it up. 4) Maintenance takes there time coming to fix things; I’ve made plenty request and some thing have still yet to be fixed. 5) The office be closed during hours they are suppose to be open, they just sit and watch you through there windows 6) They have an answering service and don’t ever answer the office phone. The Kensley has set a bad look for Fairfield Residental I will not ever lease from the company again and I will tell others about my stay. I can’t wait until my lease is up and I’m being nice with this review because there is lots more that I could say. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY.
