I really like it here! Kudos to Oscar and the office staff for making everything easier. My only wishes are for the gym to be open 24 hours and for residents to do a better job of keeping the common areas clean.

My time here at Kensley apartment has been good. The property is clean well kept and the maintenance people are on top of their jobs. The office is residential friendly, and prompt to answer any questions a resident may have. The parking spaces as well as the buildings and well-led at night, and the trash pickup although their third party do a pretty good job also.
