If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, well taken care of apartment, Cortland is the place to go! We’ve living at Meridian and Ten Mile, and they are wonderful places to live. If you're looking for a family friendly as well as a community that us senior citizens can enjoy as well, The Cortland at Ten Mile is an excellent choice. Lots of nice amenities and community wide events if that is your thing as well as a quiet environment if that is what you're looking for. Apartments are roomy and, as long as you want a long-term lease like I am, a very good deal with onsite roomy garages that can be leased as well at a very fair price.

Amazing pool and hot tub area, love the 24/7 access grill as well. Amazing clubhouse, was able to reserve it for a private event and it was super affordable. Everything is kept in great condition, and ah the staff are very friendly and inviting.

I feel proud living here at Cortland! My larger apt, safely lets my Huskie watch everything on our balcony which she loves. The staff is nice and professional and there are fun things to do in the clubhouse. I recommend living here!

I would highly recommend anyone seeking a smaller community feel to check out the apartments. Neighbors and staff are all pleasant, a nice quiet community. The location is perfect for work, dining out, access to the interstate.

We are very comfortable living here at Cortland at Ten Mile. We are close enough to work and town but away from all that when we are here. Because of the new growth in our part of town we a now walking or biking distance from great shops and restaurants.

Love my experience living here so far! The community is young and friendly and the management team does a good job of uniting its residents through frequent food trucks and sweet treat giveaways in the office. I moved here completely sight unseen from across the country and was between Boise/Meridian and several other cities on the West Coast.
