I especially love the dog park, and the open communications to the community! The entire staff is so kind, friendly, smart and respectful, Cortland is very lucky to have them! Lots of nice amenities and community wide events if that is your thing as well as a quiet environment if that is what you're looking for. The community is young and friendly and the management team does a good job of uniting its residents through frequent food trucks and sweet treat giveaways in the office. I moved here completely sight unseen from across the country and was between Boise/Meridian and several other cities on the West Coast.
