Affordable, no one bothers you, no big issues , office is helpful, not sure how thin the walls are so I guess test that out when you move in. But over all easy place to live.

My car was being repaired and I rented a car and parked it in front of my apartment. The apartment authorized the towing of the vehicle. When I spoke with the manager who was very rude and disrespectful she said it didn't have a sticker on the vehicle so it was towed. I told her it was a one day rental and the office was closed when I got the vehicle so how was I supposed to get a sticker. She said it is not my problem. I am trying to fond the owners of this property to voice my concerns..... no ...

This place is awful! My brother died suddenly in his apartment on 8/12/16. They didn't notify anyone! We didn't find out until we called the manager because we couldn't reach him on 8/15/16. Even though he had a person to notify in case of an emergency. I live out of town and when I called the managers office to find out what was going on they were extremely rude and disgusting to me. Telling me what a mess it was because he died in his apartment down to every last gory detail. They proceeded to ...

tell me I had 15 days to get his stuff out but I couldn't get in for 5 days because they had to have a hazmat team to clean the place. When I could finally get someone in there the place had been ravaged. All of his things were gone: big screen TV, DVD player, wallet, debit card...EVERYTHING but some personal papers. If you're planning on renting here BEWARE!!!

Questionable practices. Won't give receipts and then later say if you don't have proof, you didn't pay. Bedbugs rampant but if you pay $300 they'll treat; however, nobody in San Antonio gets rid of bedbugs for$00. Treatment costs thousands because you have to treat surrounding apartments or they just move from one apartment to the next. Pretty good set up for property to keep charging surrounding apartments that were not infested until they do their substandard treatment. Had to discard all ...

my furniture. Leaks are poorly repaired if fixed at all but if you get mold they'll charge you to fix damage. Or never show up to fix roof leaks until severe weather provides an opportunity to blame the"lipstick on a pig" repair that can be paid for by a claim filed by the property's insurance carrier. Crime is off the chart with gunfire heard routinely and murders about every other year. Criminals from surrounding areas often run to this property to hide so police helicopters are frequently hovering. Heard they have security but can't tell and no contact number is provided for access to same. Apartments inside are fairly nice but some insurance companies won't even sell tenants who live there rent insurance even though office will advise you to get it and some furniture or electronics places won't rent to residents because of high risk of theft.
