Renters Reviews and Ratings
Frequent Break -ins.
April 8, 2018Frequent breaking and entering. Loud parties all night with people running in and out 24 hours a day. However, clean and repairs done quickly. Claims has 24 hour surveillance, but then claims that cameras aren't working, or don't pick up your apartment. secure access is joke. codes are given to tenants for entry, but then those codes are given to friends of residents who enter at will.Property Manager Responded
January 13, 2021Unfortunately this same tenant wrote both of the bad reviews on this property. I can address both complaints and shed some light on the situations. This tenant claimed that she had numerous break ins. She was confronted with the video evidence showing no one entering her apartment. She then claimed instead that it was our management staff that had stolen from her. Our camera system provides a very good view of her apartment door and I assured her that no one had entered the apartment at the times she specified. I don't have any explanation for the break ins she claims occurred, but I can guarantee that they did not occur in the way or at the times she specified. Our apartments are newer properties and attract tenants that can bring energy and activity to the buildings. We respond to noise and any other complaints promptly and keep order in the buildings. We have a secure property and many satisfied tenants. Unfortunately she claims that her experience was different, but I can ...assure all prospective tenants that any and all issues are dealt with in a timely fashion. - Mike, General Manager
