I would recommend living here due the area and the amenities of the area, but until the property is brought up to standard that would make the expensive rent worth paying, I would have to give that caveat. I intend to stay until my parents pass, as I will not be moving them again, but long-term residents are due the consideration of lesser rent due to their good tenant history and stability.
