Lived there for almost an year, there was a squatter there who constantly fight with the keeper, cockroach problems,there was a homeless camp right next door that kept causes fires and break into our cars, and the management while I was there was not communicating with the tenants at all, they would mostly just tape info like rent change or pay methods changes without confirming that it was management who sent. For all I know it could have been a scammer. Though the worst was when I was leaving, ...
they changed the payment method again, removing the usual option I pick, when I texted to see if the payment went through, I received no reply. They didn't bother to tell me about payment issue until I left and I saw the deposit letter, they then wanted me to use mail to appeal, even when I showed proof that I payed.
