January 30, 2025I've really enjoyed my time at Residences at Villa Rica. My townhome is spacious and comfortable, perfect for my needs. Having a dedicated parking spot is a huge plus. I appreciate the well-maintained grounds and the quiet atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. While I haven't used the fitness center much, I've definitely enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The neighbors I've met are friendly, and the community seems well-managed.
