July 16, 2020We’ve lived here 5 yrs and have always been treated well by the staff. When we have had a maintenance issue it has been dealt with in a timely and friendly manner even at 3am! When we experienced a brief financial setback we talked to the msnsgement staff and they were understanding and have never made us feel bad about being late with rent.Review from Apartments.com
Not bad at all!
June 18, 2018Creekside is a very nice, affordable place to live. I would easily give 5 stars but the new maintenance crew isn’t that great. Mr. Kelvin and Melissa are awesome, if either of them leave I would go right behind them. They are respectful and care about you. Another downfall can be the parking, it’s visitor parking but visitors hardly use it in my area. It’s frustrating to come home and not be able to park where you are paying rent. Upgrade the maintenance, fix the parking and it’ll be top notch! ...Like the below review, I plan on being here awhile.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I love crekside.
January 26, 2018I moved here from Gary IN. Creekside Square is a very nice place to live. The office Staff is very helpful and polite no problems is to small. the grounds and hallways are always very clean and nice. I like it here because it is not a very large complex and Mr Kelvin is a very good Manager he listens to your problem and solves any issue you have and he treats you like he knows you, not just a resident. The Maintenance staff always responds and repairs what ever I have wrong in my unit and they ...do a very good job at it, I have lived her since 2009 and do not plan on moving anytime soon.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I love going home.
February 15, 2017I love Creekside Square that's why I call it home. The office staff is wonderful and maintenance responds with in 24 hrs of your call. They provide a clean and trash free hallways as they are cleaned weekly. The office manager he is a gem in his own no problem is to little, he will come and check on your work request just to insure the right thing is getting repaired. the all around community stays very clean at all times. Worse place ever
July 13, 2016They move you in when the apartments not finished and they wont come back and fix it. I have stuff sitting on the floor cuz they were suppose to come and finish my counter tops and cabinets a month ago. The countertops feel like gritty cement and if i try to wipe them with a paper towel or sponge it tears it up.Review from Apartments.com
