It requires HUD application, waitlist, income requirements. I was lucky and found out they had availability, through a Catholic referral service. It is definitely 100 sq ft. I am sure about that. You get a bathroom, no kitchen, 4 walls, a bed, dresser if you want one. The halls have resident activity, if that doesn't bother you. People below and above can make your life miserable if they have a beef with you, by knocking on ceilings and stomping on floors. It was convenient to anything I needed ...

as far as stores, offices. I was lucky and got work and disqualified myself from income requirements. Some people had cats. There was a meal plan in the basement if you're interested. I could find a few nice people there to talk to. You get a mail box. There was a doorman to stop people wandering in there. They put a new roof on in 2004. There was a bug explosion that was uncomfortable. I tried powders, sprays, throwing things away, and they helped with exterminators. They blamed it on people's pets. I had a little mold in my bathroom. Overall within budget and convenient.
