Don't expect your security deposit back
January 8, 2018Unlike most apartment complexes, this place will charge you for normal wear and tear of the wall and carpet. You will not have new carpet when you move in, in fact they will "patch up" the old carpet with different cut out patches of completely different carpet. Your security deposit will be used to renovate the apartment upon you moving out. So don't bother cleaning it at all!Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015We have been here for 2 almost 3 months and the apartment has been great. Anytime we have had an issue with anything they are on it right away! The staff of friendly and awesome! The location is great and the apartment it self is so big! We got the smallest of the two bedroom and it is so spacious! Highly recommend to anyone looking to start out living on your own! August 3, 2015I've lived here for 5 years. It's the 1st Place that I've felt comfortable in and around I've not heard of any crimes in my neighborhood. And you almost never hear ambulances or police cars.. the property's always kept up and there always updating something around the property. . July 22, 2015From the first visit to the application process to the move-in and now a year later, our experience has been phenomenal! The office staff are friendly and professional. They take care of anything we need in a very timely. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Prices and value are extremely fair for the quality of the apartments. We even have our own garage plus a covered parking spot! We are so happy here, we can't imagine living anywhere else!
