Bad place
April 6, 2023this place is bug ridden, noisy, illegal drug activities, rowdy adults and kids, kids are allowed to play and yell on the surrounding walkways, unsupervised. this complex is also highly overcrowded, maintainance issues are ignored by management.trash is being left all over this property and being thrown over back fence line into peoples back yards. i have seen prostitution, drugs being taken in the parking lot. Had 1 person get shot at in the parking lot. The neighborhood itself is rather loud ...with blasting music. if I could I would not rate this complex with any rating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 7, 2020Very noisy with rowdy kids- running and riding vehicles on walkways- loud music from some apts. As well as drug activity in apts and in parking lot. People fighting and running on the walkways!Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
February 7, 2018Im not the greatest tendent at all time but i pay what im supposed too and keep my work .with that being said , these apartments lie to you . they will make promise to fix things amd never do .i have asked for 2 YEARS for hot water in my bathroom. Homeless people sleep in the laundry room and just in the walkways sometimes . unless you have no other options i would not move here . past that the hours posted are lies the manager is not in the office 85% percent of the time she says its to be open .... Horrible
September 20, 2015Infected with roaches, nothing is being repaired, only upgraded apartmenta in front, loud people blasting music all day and night, walls are paper thin so you can't ever sleep because you always hear the neighbors, trash all over the apartment complex, & drug dealers everywhere. Would not recommend to anyone! Especially with children! Moved in to try to save money, but regret it. As soon as my lease is up, I am leaving! Someone busted my living room window and it didn't get fixed for a whole week ...and a half. Anyone could have broke in and stole everything. Do NOT move here. There's nicer places where you can save money. Again, roaches everywhere! No matter what I do, I can't get rid of them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Trouble renting
August 14, 2015This apartment is old, complex built in the sixties and has problems with bugs and rodents. They keep raising rent yearly and somehow they keep almost full. This is a electricity paid complex which is the only reason I stay there for now!! I will be moving in 2016.I pay 610.00 for a year lease plus 60.00 a mo. for water and sewer.Review from Apartments.com
