If a property as new as this is looking for tenants to rent they should answer the phones. COVID requirements are still in place in certain places but if you can’t contact the office to know if walk-ins are welcome how should we know? Been calling for months now.

Terrible customer service and never any available parking. They decided to be cheap and not buy enough land so there are half as many parking spaces (or less) as there are apartment units. Street parking is not an option and there is absolutely nowhere else to park. They must have accounted for a maximum of one vehicle per unit because that's how few spaces there are. The worst part is, they just recently opened so there is already no parking and only about half of the total apartments have been ...

The staff here always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly maintenance workers. The pool area is lovely. A beautiful community. I love it !

I set an appointment to view an apartment for 10:30 am on Friday 11/6/2020. Upon arriving, a leasing agent said she would be with me shortly and proceeded to walk away for approximately 5-7 minutes. During this time another client was in the waiting area as well. When the agent returned the agent proceeded to tell the other client that she would take her to see the A2 floor plan then asked me how she could help. I advised her of my appointment where she then proceeded to ask for my name and what ...

I wanted to see (already discussed when the appointment was made). I let her know that I would like to see the 1bd/1 bath 720 sqft apartment. She then, with an attitude, told me that she couldn’t show me the unit because her manager took the keys and was gone. After that she asked me to come back “later”, no apology or anything. I asked her when to come back and where the manager had gone with the key since I had already driven over and set an appointment. She said the manager went to the store to get gifts for new tenants. I asked her around what time I should return and she just shrugged and said I don’t know and told me they don’t close until 5. Overall the community is nice from the outside looking in but I am totally uninterested in dealing with unprofessional staff that won’t at the very least apologize for their mistakes and attempt to accommodate potential residents without an attitude.
